The Company is currently franchising its Toronto Eaton Center Car wash in downtown Toronto, as well as several other locations in Toronto and across Canada, including in North York and Rosedale (Toronto), Kitchener-Waterloo, London, Markham, Quebec, Calgary, New York State, LA, and Chicago.
The Eaton Center Car Wash is a high-end, high-volume captive market able to generate an annual net profit of $135,000 to $450,000 for a successful owner-operator. The Eaton Center location is selling for $180,000 to $250,000, depending on the car wash technology required by the Owner-Operator.
